Boutahiri - Controller
Mrs. Boutahiri earned a M.S. in Accounting from Eastern Michigan University and
B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan. She joined Warren-Walker
after being an Associate at Resources Global Professionals, Vice President of
Finance and Operations at Dream Home Solutions, Vice President/Controller at
Leisure Industries Corporation and serving as President/CFO of her own company,
Cathy A. Jensen, MSA, CPA, P.C. Mrs. Boutahiri has one daughter studying at
Warren-Walker's Lower School campus.
Cory
Clement, Director of Recruiting and Sales
Miss Cory Clement was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA. She earned her
Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Public Relations at Duquesne
University in Pittsburgh, PA. Following the completion of her degree, Miss
Clement was the Assistant Director of Admissions at South University in
Pittsburgh, PA. Prior to joining South University, she worked as a Customer
Service Representative at Fed Ex and in Public Relations at SpaElegance.com.
Miss Clement is very customer service oriented, enjoys meeting new people and
being part of the Warren-Walker family. Her most memorable life moment was
meeting a few of the Pittsburgh Steelers after they won the 2005-2006 Super
bowl.
Amy Hall,
Director of Admissions
Mrs. Hall was born & raised in San Diego, CA. She earned her Bachelor of Arts
degree in English (1988) from Colorado College. Prior to joining Warren-Walker
School seven years ago, Mrs. Hall spent four years at The Hearst Corporation as
Circulation Promotion Analyst, one year at Phillips-Ramsey Advertising & Public
Relations as Assistant Account Executive and two years at Knoth & Meads
Advertising as Account Coordinator. When Mrs. Hall is not at work, she loves to
spend time at home with family, as well as visiting new and exciting places.
She also loves to exercise, cook, snow ski, and swim in the ocean. A few of
Mrs. Hall's memorable life moments include 4 yrs. of playing NCAA Volleyball, 3
summers working on a Dude Ranch in Jackson Hole, WY, and watching her two sons
grow up. Mrs. Hall's two boys (2nd grade and 5th grade), both attend
Warren-Walker School.
Mike Ostrowski - Athletic Director / Head Baseball Coach
Coach Ostrowski is beginning his first year at The Henderson International School and will be serving as the Director of Athletics at the Upper School Campus and will also oversee athletic development at both Lower School Campuses. In addition, Coach Ostrowski will also be the Wolverines Head Baseball Coach.
Before arriving here in Henderson, Coach Ostrowski was Assistant Athletic Director at our Meritas sister school North Broward Prep in Coconut Creek, FL. While at North Broward Prep, he coached golf and baseball and was responsible for running the school's intramural basketball program. He also assisted in coordination of all Meritas related activities last year, including all three Middle School Jamborees.
Prior to his time in Florida, Coach Ostrowski was an English teacher and the Head Baseball Coach at Blue Ridge High School (New Milford, PA) for four years. He led Blue Ridge to 53-22 record during his tenure and guided the program to their first ever District Championship in 2006. He also was a member of the basketball staff at Blue Ridge, where he coached on middle school and varsity levels.
Coach Ostrowski attended East Stroudsburg University (East Stroudsburg, PA) where he played Division II College Baseball and received his Bachelors of Science in Secondary Education - English.
Coach Ostrowski has also worked as a professional baseball instructor and camp director for Americas Baseball Camps (Granite Bay, CA) and has instructed many basketball clinics for the past eight years.
Gina
Zurega-Smith - Director of Accounting
Mrs. Smith was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. She has called Las Vegas
home for the past 13 years, and during that time earned a Bachelor of Science
degree in Finance from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Mrs. Smith's
professional experience includes working for a major general
contractor/construction management firm, working on-site as part of the team
managing the completion of several major hotel/casinos in Las Vegas. Following
that, she has worked as an Accountant at IGT, a global gaming company, in the
Gaming Systems Division. Mrs. Smith has also devoted her time to volunteer work
and serving on the Board of Directors as Treasure for the Junior League of Las
Vegas. Mrs. Smith is married and has two children, a son and a daughter, both
attending Warren-Walker Academy.
