At the Henderson International School, students work with a small group of dedicated people who care about the students. They encourage each person to develop their own distinct talents. Students have the chance to work on productions in a number of capacities; on stage, backstage, in the director's chair, in the design studio, and as a playwright. Students will develop a theoretical overview of the whole process of theatre. Our theatre students are more emotionally expressive, teamwork-oriented, articulate and self-aware people.

Next school year, an exciting new selection of plays has been hand selected by the Fine Arts teachers. Students and parents can expect the following shows:
  • The Importance of Being Earnest | November 13 and 14
  • Rocky Horror Picture Show | April 2009 at the Fine Arts Festival
  • Shakin' Up Shakespeare | May 2009
