Meritas students don't just learn about other cultures. They experience them.
Each year they may study abroad in Mexico or Switzerland for the summer. They
will live with Meritas families overseas, compete in sports tournaments, and
perform for each other. In addition, many students travel internationally each
spring to take part in exciting two-week learning experiences. All Meritas
schools synchronize their calendars for the Interims Term, enabling students to
explore any of a host of topics in depth and on location - from the history of
Russia to the ecology of Belize's rain forests.
