Weight Room
The Henderson International School weight room is brand new. It was installed in the winter of 2006 and is equipped with all "Bigger Faster Stronger" training machines. The weight room features four squat and bench boxes, numerous cardiovascular machines, nautilus machines, and a large supply of free weights. All Henderson International School students are welcome to use this facility while under the supervision of coaches or other staff. Additionally, students can participate in an elective weight training course. Summer programs are also offered to help student's weight train for the upcoming school year. |
