Morning Drop Off:  8:30 - 9:00 a.m.    Camp Day begins at 9:00 am.

Morning Car Line will take place at the Drop Off Spot (see map attached) starting at 8:30am.  PRE SCHOOL CAMPERS (Groups 1 and 2) MAY NOT BE DROPPED OFF IN CAR LINE.   THEY MUST BE WALKED IN AND SIGNED INTO THEIR CLASSROOM DAILY.   Staff members will direct traffic to ensure the safety of our campers, please follow their directions.  We ask that you remain in your vehicles at all times.  Campers will be escorted from their vehicle to the main playground by a staff member.  No parking will be permitted in the car line circle. If you would like to escort your child in to camp, please park and walk your camper in (see map). Car Line will end and the gates will be closed and locked at 9:00 am. If you arrive after the gates have been locked you may enter the campus through our main office.  Please have your campers here on time.  It is very disruptive to the staff and camp group to have campers arrive after we begin our camp day.

Afternoon Pick Up:

Afternoon Car Line will take place at the Pick Up Spot (see map). All families must use our Car Line circle for afternoon pick up to ensure the safety of our campers. Staff members will direct traffic, please follow their directions. We ask that you remain in your vehicles at all times.   Each camper will be escorted to and placed in your vehicle by a camp staff member.  PRE SCHOOL CAMPERS WILL BE SIGNED OUT AT PICK UP.  Be sure to have your car line tags in the proper place. Once carpool is over at 3:45 pm, children will be escorted to The Gallery for Extended Care.  There will be an additional cost for extended care.

If you choose to park and pick up your camper, please proceed to the door at the back of Henderson Hall with your car line tag and give your child’s name to the staff.  Campers will be called to meet you once car line begins. Please note:  Any campers who need to be picked up early, must be picked up no later than 2:30 p.m. in the Camp Office.  Once we begin our transition to closing circle, we will not be able to get campers for early dismissal.

Car Line Tags:

Car Line tags and Car Line Map are e-mailed out to camp families.  They are also available in the camp office. We ask that each family print out Car line tags for every authorized vehicle that will pick up your camper at the end of each day.  Please legibly type or write all of your camper’s names in the blank area. Fold car tags over with the camper names visible and place one on your dashboard so they are visible to staff.    Please be PATIENT with our staff during car line.

After Care:  Campers not picked up by 3:45 pm will be placed in After Care - After Care runs from 3:45 pm - 6:00 pm and will cost $12 each day.  You may sign up online or drop in for billing to card on file.

Camp Bag:

Please bring a camp bag each day.   Pack your camp bag with a towel, a change of clothing, stick sunscreen, pool shoes and a refillable water bottle.  What to wear?  We recommend that campers come to camp in cool, comfortable clothing each day. Sneakers are required for daily camp activities. Absolutely no sandals or flip flops (except for pool time).

Lunch Options:

You can bring a lunch from home. We recommend using an icepack, as lunches are not refrigerated.  We do have peanut free tables for kids with food allergies.

Lunch was a  pre- purchase option by the week when you registered your camper.  If you did that, your camper is set for lunch daily.  You may log back into your CampSite account and purchase at anytime. (cut off for each week is the Wednesday prior).   There are no refunds for missed lunches. If your camper forgets lunch, they will be given a hot lunch and your account will be charged.

You can also purchase lunch daily:  Hot lunch is $5.00 cash per day and provided through WT CAFE.  Campers who purchase lunch day of must be at camp on time.  There will be no hot lunch orders accepted after 9:15 am.  NO EXCEPTIONS!  You can view the menu online on our website at

Hot lunch does not come with a drink.  Drinks can be purchased daily and there is a new filtered water system in the cafeteria for campers to refill their water bottles at lunch.

If your camper has severe allergies or requires medication during the camp day or to be left on campus, a parent or guardian must complete the Medication Authorization Form and/or an Allergy Action Plan Form available for download on our website.  These forms, along with the medication, should be brought in on the camper’s first day of camp.  You are responsible for picking up the medication on the last day of camp or we will dispose of it.

Money for lunch needs to be in a labeled envelope.

What NOT to bring to camp.
