Cow's Eyes, Surprise!

April 17, 2017

Fourth grade have been looking into how the human eye works!

In the previous science lab, students created models of an eye and experienced how eyes project an image upside down onto the retina. The dissection of a cow eye gave students hands-on experience with the anatomy. Cow eyes are very similar to human eyes. Students used dissecting scissors and were able to locate all the internal and external parts of the eye.
