At our international school in Henderson, multilingual learning is embedded from Early Childhood to Middle School, empowering students to grow confident and fluent in at least two world languages.
Students experience a vibrant Spanish language journey alongside daily English literacy, starting in Early Childhood. Our youngest learners dive into immersive basics, sparking curiosity and confidence from day one.
In Lower School, students build language skills through storytelling and high-frequency vocabulary, developing strong interpretive abilities.
By Middle School, learners tackle a progressive, culturally relevant curriculum, achieving novice-high to intermediate-low proficiency in both written and conversational Spanish. With classes five days a week they access high-school level topics and earn credits for advanced knowledge.

Students’ English and Spanish language proficiency is regularly assessed through ongoing grade monitoring. This approach ensures that teachers can track progress, identify individual needs, and provide targeted support.
Through International School Partnerships' International Opportunities program, our students immerse themselves in scientific, artistic, and virtual exchanges, safe and exciting rehearsal spaces where they can practice and grow their language skills with confidence.
