Bryan Garofolo brings over 20 years of experience in financial and operational leadership, with a proven track record of driving growth, efficiency, and team performance. He played a key role in expanding a wholesale tyre company from a single location to a national operation across seven states, overseeing everything from payroll for 50+ employees to tax compliance, inventory management, and financial reporting.
Known for reducing payables by 75% and increasing annual revenue by over $3 million, Bryan excels in streamlining operations and delivering measurable results. He combines strong analytical capabilities with hands-on leadership, fostering collaboration and implementing scalable processes that empower high-performing teams.
Lizette Augustine serves as our Early Childhood Director, overseeing our Preschool, Pre-K, and Kindergarten programs. She is known for being very in-tune with all of her students' progress and is always available to answer questions or discuss a child's needs. She has shared back-to-school tips with our community and has been featured in news releases regarding school celebrations such as our Lunar New Year events.
Carmen Benedict is an experienced educator and school administrator with a strong record of success supporting diverse Kâ12 student populations. She holds a doctorate focused on enhancing instructional leadership through pedagogical development and the supervision of school principals.
Carmen has extensive experience mentoring professionals and graduate students through the UNLV graduate programme, with expertise in instructional supervision, curriculum design, teaching strategies, and academic mentoring.
A skilled communicator in both written and oral formats, Carmen is deeply invested in the Henderson and Las Vegas communities â not only as an educator but also as a mother and business owner, bringing over 40 years of experience to her work in education and leadership.
Nicole Donadio is a seasoned educational leader with over 25 years of experience in Kâ12 education. As Middle School Principal at Henderson International School, she brings a deep commitment to student achievement and school-wide success.
Throughout her career, Nicole has consistently led schools to improved outcomes through her dedication, innovative thinking, and inclusive leadership. She is passionate about creating dynamic, future-focused learning environments that engage students, support educators, and involve the wider school community.
